ABOUT US

Medcall 24/7 is a division of Protocol Communications, located in Houston Texas. The company was started as a result of a conversation I had with a friend years ago. My friend complained of losing sleep because his answering service had unnecessarily awakened him. He went on to list a host of complaints with his answering service and he insisted that there was a real need for an answering service that would simply provide good, dependable service.

I spent several months talking with doctors and administrators and soon learned about the special relationship of trust that exists between physician and patient. Many physicians are available 24 hours a day, and they must depend on their answering service to contribute to that trust, not diminish it. I also learned that many doctors felt the same way as my friend about answering services in general, and that there was indeed a demand for quality service.

So in 1990, we founded our company on the basic principle that the service must be prompt, professional, and dependable: a quality of service that would enhance the relationship between our client and their callers. We soon learned that by simply taking care of our clients this way, we would be rewarded with their patronage and loyalty.

Medcall 24/7 now provides services to physicians throughout the state of Texas, and using the latest in telecommunications technology, we offer a full spectrum of services designed to meet the service demands and the budgetary requirements of each individual client.

I want to personally thank you for your interest in our company and to invite you to take a moment to review the various Services we provide, and to check out our Special Offer.
