Live Answering Service:
Calls are answered promptly and personally managed by a live operator. Operators exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor at all times and are specially trained to manage your medical calls. Each account is custom tailored to fit the unique needs of the client's practice.
Call screening is pre-determined by the client so that any call designated as a priority (e.g., patient emergencies, calls from physicians, hospitals, consults, etc.) is delivered promptly and according to the client's instructions. Pharmacy calls, refills, notifications, lab results, etc., are also pre-defined in terms of priority and managed accordingly.
Message delivery options include; direct dial, patching, alpha paging, digital paging, patching, faxing, and voice mail. Delivery options are flexible and designed to match the client's routine.
An On-Call Coordinator is assigned to each account to insure that on-call schedules are up to date and strictly adhered to. Copies of messages are faxed to the office the following business day for the client's records.

Voicemail Greeting - calls are answered by your personalized voicemail greeting and callers are provided with office information and are instructed to press "0"for the operator if they need to reach the on-call physician. After pressing "0" the caller is transferred directly to an operator who manages the call according to the client's instructions. |

Voicemail Greeting & Mailbox - this option is the same as above but also includes an option for the caller to leave a routine voicemail message to be retrieved by the office. |

Calls are answered by your personalized voicemail greeting. Callers are provided with office information and given the option to leave a recorded message if they need to reach the on-call physician. The recorded message is instantly sent to an operator who transcribes the message into text and promptly dispatches the message to the on-call physician's alpha pager. On-call schedules are kept up to date and consistently adhered to by staff.
